Brandi Lipton Joins Founders First as Director of Partnerships and Business Development
Lipton's strategic vision and collaborative approach make her an excellent addition to the organization.
SAN DIEGO, CA | March 15, 2023 – Founders First Capital Partners (Founders First), a leading provider of non-dilutive growth capital for diverse-led businesses in the United States, has named Brandi Lipton its new Director of Partnerships and Business Development. Lipton will support the unique financial needs of small to medium-sized businesses founded and led by people of color, women, LGBTQ+, veterans and those operating in low to moderate income areas.
Most recently, Lipton served as Senior Account Executive for Sales, Business Development and Partnerships at Ampla, a fintech company providing debt solutions to early-stage brands. She also spent time as Principal for Sales, Partnerships and Business Development at CircleUp, another fintech company that helps startups with working capital solutions. A seasoned business development and strategy executive in the finance industry, her professional accomplishments and trusted partnership relationships will be an asset in her new role with Founders First. Lipton will be tasked with building a portfolio of diverse-led businesses who would benefit from non-dilutive financing and building partnerships with like-minded companies.
